All items,  are warranted by the manufacturers. (Fine Fireplace Screens.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s).) Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued by Fine Fireplace Screens.com. Damaged or broken Fireplace Screens reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired by our manufacturer.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
We strive to ship all items within 48 business hours from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your location. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days  from the day that the order was placed for UPS Ground. (Alaska and Hawaii will usually take longer)  . Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 1 to 2 weeks weeks due to unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you with 24 hours if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

We currently do not ship to any locations outside of the US. We apologize for the inconvenience.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer expedited shipping via UPS. The price for expedited shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer multiple options for faster shipping, these options can be viewed at checkout. We strive to process expedited orders as quickly as possible and can get them shipped within 24 business hours under most circumstances but order processing on these orders can still take up to 2-3 days in some cases.

TAXES
Fine Fireplace Screens does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Utah! For orders placed in Utah we charge a flat rate of 6%.

BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 24 business hours of receiving the order to find the best resolution for your order.

CANCELLATIONS
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email Support@FineFireplaceScreens.com to cancel an order.

RETURNS
In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us to make a return. Contact us via email at Support@FineFireplaceScreens.com within 30 days of receiving your item. In the email, include your name and order number stating the reason the item is being returned and return instructions will be sent to you via email.
